It is doing exactly what the acronym spells out. It decrements, then if the result is not zero, it jumps. So your example program basically executes #internal_loop one time. DJNZ decrements R5 from 1 to 0, then tests whether or not R5 is zero. It is zero, so program execution carries on. |
