I am encountering a strange problem I wrote a interupt vector for the serial port it works fine for recieving ascci characters but I would like it to recive hex valueas and when I send it hex values using a RS232 Hex com tool it dose nothing the RI dose not even kick in as soon as I switch to ascii on the Rs232 com tool it generates an interup and proceeds as normal.
