But you tells not, which distributor you use and if he made an erratum on using the wrong order code AT89c51RD2.

I use always only such order codes, which are named on the manufacturers web and data sheets.

And still searching for AT89c51RD2 gave no results.


Maybe it looks pedantic, but changing a single letter or number on order codes can cause really big trouble.
And nobody would waste a lot of money to buy useless things if he was not careful on ordering costly things.
