you should be more specific on your problem, since millions of different filter applications thinkeable.

E.g. one aspect, the noise filtering was discussed short below (moving average).

Also you would not have great success on searching for assembly language only.
Better, you divide the problem into two steps:

1. filtering algorithm
2. implementation in assembler
