Assume that you're assigned to develop
the UI of an embedded system, but currently
the target system is not designed and no
development board exists.

I wonder if there exist tools to permit me
to develop/test/debug the UI without the hardware.

I mean, I need to code a menu system, buttons, graphics fonts, lines, circles, etc without a real hw.

Is there a way to accomplish this?
