So I change from PSEN=0 and EA=5V to PSEN=5V and EA=0V
quoting from the data sheet:
"The p89c668 will execute from internal memory when !EA is held high"
Leave !EA at Vcc

The ALE output is still active,
you set AUXR to do so
the Adress bus is still active
As it should be trying to execute from externam ROM (see above)
