Keil's newer uVision is good at managing projects, I just don't happen to use it for that because I try to keep a common development environment for the many different toolchains I use (and switch between on a daily basis). Is it possible for you to upgrade to Keil's latest? If not, then using batch files is probably the easiest way to get started. I'll let other people contribute the batch files.

For the 'make' approach, I will forward a makefile template to your e-mail address soon (within one day). It is for MKS make, but should be easy to 'port' to the make tool of your choice. If you don't have a make tool, the GNU gmake tool is free.
