#2790 - 8752 on Atmel AVR development board
I'm trying to run a very simple push-a-button-light-a-led program on this Atmel AVR dev board.
I am assuming that the pinout (DIP-40) of the 8752 is the same as the Atmel device (yes, I did look at the data sheets!).
For the moment, I cannot even get the leds to show 55H on power up (2 instructions!).
This is causing extreme frustration & loss of self-esteem, as you could imagine. I am not new to microprocessors : the first 8080 I saw cost £200 a piece (back in 1976), & I've modified a few 8051 programs at work for things like hanging a 7-segment display on an LCD port to grab the numeric bits of messages, but I have never written an 8052 program from scratch (yet!). If only this device worked like an 8085!
Can anyone help, please?

PS if some of you make as many mastikes in your code as in your letters... ;-)
