You can find information about spi memories in atmel's site www.atmel.com ,in xicor www.xicor.com (X5163, X5165, ...) and ST Microelectronic (www.st.com) sites. Maybe it can be hard to find so small devices, since they are producing 1 to 16 Megabit 8-pin devices, at relativelly low prices. |
