Just got an idea...
1-wire bus is 4pair utp cable. This gives me one pair for Vcc&GND, other pair for data&GND, two pair are free. SHT11 has DATA and CLOCK lines. How about connecting all STH's data lines in paralel and leading it thru free pair in utp cable to 8051. DATA line would be common to all SHT sensors. SHT's CLOCK line would be connected to 1-wire addressable switch, located by each SHT sensor. That way I could connect several SHT's on a common bus and having each sensor its own address.
