Need some help finding a good (available) memory if anybody could offer some advice!

I'm designing a device that will require a LARGE external memory. The memory can be PROM as it will never be reprogrammed. I need this thing to be as fast as possible so I think a parallel variety of some sort is going to be a must. The number of I/O is a non-issue for me. The size needs to be 8M BYTES.

I'm having trouble finding something that's available for one and hopefully somewhat fast (under 100ns for read). Realistically, I may eventually need to order more than one so digikey stock is important to me.

Anybody have any suggestions?
