"PROTECT ISP CODE" so that it will leave the ISP code intact.
The Philips ISP code does not need protection, it is in ROM. The option must refer to the ability to put user ISP in top of the flash.

As I stated the NoTouch with a Touch ONLY works if you have it in the chip. Without that the only recovery is parrallel programming.

The code described makes recovery possible ONCE IT IS IN, it can not recover a chip where it is not already programmed in.
