Hi Mr. Erik. What do you exactly mean by "you start the UART in one step" ??
BTW All that is in the "transmit / receive" function is to get data from the edit box, a call to the function "WriteFile" and after that, a call to the function "ReadFile". This does explain the 0xFF receive thingy, but that still does not explain why single step cures the problem. I have not tried a delay b/w read and write. I will try that out and then post the results here. Regards Aman |
