That should not be a problem depending on your external hardware. You will, anyhow, not have enough pins to do all without. If you store the LED information in the LED driver chips, the issue of the duty cycle is a matter of a timer interrupt which should take 10uS or so.
Leds can draw max 150 mA at 1 Khz 1:10 duty
Do you have a reason to include this information ? if so, elaborate.
