#29056 - RE: PCL - HP\'s Printer Control Language |
"thanx andy nbut have any c source to do interface?"
'fraid not. The epanorama site has a wealth of info on the PC Parallel port, and a search here should also give you plenty of tips for the physical interface between your 8051 and the printer. (or, if it's a serial printer, there's loads here!) You will have to read the PCL docs to determine how to implement the graphic functions you require. Keep searching the internet - I saw refences to several PCL code libraries (mostly at cost). You might find it easier to prototype your graphics functions on a PC. There are free PCL viewers available for the PC to save you some paper! |
