 		 #29286 - Need info. about counter IC's
I want to use counters 16 bit, 24 bit,32bit
which will have interfacing with 89c52
for counter module application which will also have quadrature encoder interface.

please give me info. about various up/down counter ICs(more than 16 bits)cheaper option will help me.
