Article Vote: "thumbs down"

The article didn't deliver anything new - it merely surveyed the specification. Granted, the specification doesn't say it nearly as clearly.

A better article would have discussed the approaches to programming.

(yes, I can hear him saying, "So when are you going to write it, AKA?").
