initialize the uart and check LSR bit6, if it is set, I will send next byte again, but the bit6 is always 0.
Even after power-up/reset? LSR bit 6 is set after a reset. Are you sure LCR bit 7 is 0 (DLAB/EFR access disabled) before checking? If not, you could be reading the Xon2 register. |
