Someone who does not understand the finer points of anti-coding obviously, its role as a software discipline has been sadly neglected by all but beginners in assembly programming who still generate fine anti-code at frequent intervals. Sadly professionals find that they use less and less as time goes on, due to the increase in their "skill" level.
