The manufacturers (Atmel(Temic), Philips, Cygnal, and others spent money developing the technology to do this in an easy way.
In most cases using their ISP method is trivially easy. Instead of giving money to the manufacturer who still supplies non-isp parts, show that you support the manufacturer who makes programming and designing easier for all of us. |
