Does anyone have any idea of how to get a Phase ROM voice synthesizer? Something that will produce the wonderful synthesized speech (like in the early arcade game 'GORF') given a hex code input.
Any suggestions welcome.

P.S.- I'm not looking for a recorded speech processor or a playback device. Just a generator of synthesized phonetic sounds.
