you need to de-bounce the keys, either by hardware or software which i recomend.
To do it by software you need to take 4 samples at 1msec interval say and see if the 4 samples are the same then you consider it a valid keypress. If one sample is different you reset the counter and wait for next 4 samples to be the same. Search the web for vertical counters or de-bouncing. Regards Mahmood |
