Hi Maziar,

The AT45xx data flash use a simple SPI interface. Atmel's website has apnotes with asm code to interface the 89c52 type uC to serial eeproms which use the same interface (for example, 93C46). With this apnote and the AT45 datasheet you should have a good start.
