yes, I have all this stuff. BTW: have you seen this? It is multi-platform (#ifdef __ ...__), and assumes lots of RAM to run the code. I'm afraid it would consume a lot of time to find out, which functions can be easily skipped, and which are required indeed. You may think I am a lazy guy, but reading 1820s is a small part of my dsign and I assumed (unfortunately!) that 2480 will simplify my life. I was wrong, but PCB is done - that's my trouble. :-)
