Don't any assembler packages have anything like an "optimize" feature to notice small things like this? :-D I guess it shouldn't be harmful in cases like this.

assemblers can optimize on jump instructions.if one code JMP XYZ depending on
the jump range it may be interpreted as sjmp,ajmp,ljmp.
