Contact Philips directly - a sales rep or FAE in your area.

If your XA design means future sales to them as a product, its in their interest to assist you. My Philips FAE is very helpful.

I am interested to hear how you progress with the XA processor as I have a new product design for which I intend to use it. In the mean time, I'm more buinessman than engineer, pushing a new line of products out into the market.
