#31613 - Problem with ADuC812
It appears I'm having problems with setting the baud rate on the ADuC812 microcontroller chip. The chip I have is series #9918. The data sheet downloads from Analog Devices now do not indicate a PLLCON regisiter. However in the older data sheet ,which I've managed to lose, PLLCON was used to select CPU clock rate.
The Keil assembler indicates I've loaded PLLCON with a value that gives me a baud rate of 9708 ,which I assume is close enough to 9600 baud.
What is happening is that when I download a program into Analog Devices development board I get a message of sucessful download.
However, when I run program the return ASCii data is incorrect. This leads me to believe I've programmed an incorrect baud rate. I included a blink an led section as a test in the program and that part of program works so I'm certain AD boot loader works.
