That page has a link to http://us.st.com/stonline/press/news/year2002/p1226m.htm which is a press release about the devices.
That page has a link to www.st.com/microspd - which just gives an HTTP "Not Found" error.
Doh!

However, correcting the typo to www.st.com/micropsd should give you the information you require!

These guys really do seem determined to prevent anyone from actually getting any useful information on these devices, don't they?!?!!?
