I haven't got it on a web page, but if you are interested I have built one that does what I want. It has a socket to plug in any 8032 derivative processor (just build the processor board). Has 8k RAM. This is used to download your HEX file into. Assembler file needs to be compiled at offset $2000 however. Board has two modes, run and program. In program mode, serial pins active, and in run mode these pins are user defined, IE, you can plug in a input to these pins as per your design and it doesn't effect the processor in program mode. It has DIP switch selectable xtal speeds (for serial communications) to facilitate various crystal speeds, as well as some yet undefined DIP switches. I have made provision on the board for debugging and breakpoints, though have as yet not written the code to implement it. I have used 8032 and 80C552 without any problems.
