I had come across a thread (don't remember where) discussing truly random number generation. This involved amplifying noise inherent in the environment (maybe in the electronic components themselves, or from an antenna) and using an ADC to capture its value. But I'm pretty sure a Hangman game would not require that level of randomness :-))
