i am trying to let the msc1210 excuting the program after serial downloading program from pc to this part.
in serial downloading mode,it requires
a pulse of psen signal to be pulled low then to high,and after the downloading process is finished,the psen signal should
switch from high to floating mode.i am using TI's TPS3838(which is a NANOPOWER SUPERVISORY CIRCUIT chip,it provides an open drain output)to change the state.(i mean the msc1210's psen is connected to TPS3838's output with a 1k ohm resistor in between),however,from the datasheet of TPS3838,the output either be high or low.

so there is the problem.
