Hello,
I replaced an ordinary SRAM (winbond 32K*8 35nS) with nvram (Dallas 32K*8 100nS), the new memory didn't read/write appropriate, (the connections to uC are the same I didn't touched them). Can anybody tell me why this thing happens? Thanks a lot, Raphael PS I read the data from the memory with serial connection in Baud Rate of 2400bps. |
