Hi folks now something realy different ...

I am searching for a 8032 31 51 or 52 type that is designed to run at an Ta = 125 degree celsius with 3V.

the best fit chip would be a type that has

- about 4kByte Flash or ROM for codespace
- 4kByte EEProm (This is a must have or 4kByte SRAM is also possible, but EEProm is prefered)

the speed is not the problem.

if a die-version is available we can handle that too ...

this is a cost sensible project so the chips like "all included" are too expensive.
