You can only build programmers CHEAP or UNIVERSAL, but never both together.

And if you want to programm different MCUs from many different manufacturers, this was only supported by very high cost professional programmers.

On the web you found only cheap programmers (below 200$) for only several MCUs of only one manufacturer.
