The question you ask is kind of beginners question, so
maybe thats why you're being cut.
anyway.
I Didn't really understand what you are asking..
if you want a hex number with the same value and It'll
remain 8 digits... you cant.
if you want the equal hex number, divide the number with 16.
the remain you get is the LSB, the integer you get, you
divide again, the remain is the second digit from the LSB,
and the int number you device again..... until you get 0.
