So Michael,
suppose the situation changes to Inter Microcontroller Communication where Port 1 of two microcontrollers are shorted (first of all, as for the above, do I need the 74LS07 here?), then suppose, I want to send FF value from one mC to the other will the statement mov P1,#0ff work out? (i.e the mC sends out FF on the port and also is ready to receive the input from the other mC)???a little confusing...
