Re. i understand that there a lot of manufacturers. But the question was for the optimum choise. As there many of manufacturers i could not choose. I asked for your help.
What are the most common/used RAM chips?

2 be more specific: i use 8051 and need 32 or 64kB of external ram. Which could u offer? Or the manufacturers doesnt matter at all. The price and the efficiency is fairly the same of different manufactures?

One more question: memory organization. Which to choose? numberx8, numberx16.
Does the organnization only affects the programming (bank selecting)?
I'm little bit confused.
