I am looking for comments from people who have used bankswitching on code over 64K when programming in C code using the Keil compiler. I am interested in hearing about:

A) Is it painless to set it up and use it?

B) Does the resulting code seem to be efficient?

C) How much does the bank switching effect the debug proceess?
