The Triscend part is way overkill for the project (i think) and probably far too expensive.

The project is an interface between an Echelon Neuron processor and 10 individually addressable lighting channels each controlled by a serial channel (DALI / Manchester encoding)

As you'll guess this isn't really onerous in terms of I/O and not particularly memory hungry either.

I was just hoping someone would have done the work for me in hardware, make my life easier :)

BTW it's quite possible to do the serial bitstream stuff in an Infineon C515 using the CAPCOM's Haven't taken the time yet to see how to spread this over 10 channels
