Hello,
I want to use an alphanumeric display with HD44780 (Hitachi) display controller. Is it possible to connect such a display to the address/databus of an AT89S53, or do i have to toggle portpins? As I have to use a external RAM this would cost me the whole port 1.
Can anyone help me and tell me the correct connection to my micro?
