I can send you the schematic i have for having all I/O devices connected to port 0.
You will need a latch, and also a transceiver for the LEDs to enable/disable them. And you will also need a NAND gate. Actually, when i come to think about it, you dont really need a latch (you only have one input device and one output device). So you can just have a transceiver for the LEDs and a decoder (tristate, otherwise, you'll need another transceiver), for the keypad. Good luck |
