i used this latch in my project. When i connected the whole board, still the program wasnt working. I kept looking for the error, and couldn't find it. I reviewed the schematic many times, and checked the wiring, and absolutely nothing. Then my professor took the board, and said that if he finds a mistake, he will deduct points. Like an idiot, i said yes.

He reviewed it bit by bit...
then he shouted "WHY IS /OC FLOATING????"


don't do my mistake.
You have to permanently connected /OC to ground
