guess where I live in Florida?
I dealt with Rigel a number of years ago.I bought a tutorial manual off them - the manual is very good by the way.When I called them I told them I live locally and that I could pick up the manual from their office to save postage.The lady said they didn't officially have an office but she arranged with me to meet at a local foodstore at an agreed time to exchange book for money.Sounds a little clandestine now but I didn't think too much of it at the time.
Anyway ,I have tried to contact Rigelcorp.Their local number has been disconnected (352 373 4629) and their second number on their website has a full message box (that number is 352 384 3766) and is run by some messaging company.
Furthermore,I contacted the NE Florida Better Business Board for Rigel's history.They report a pattern of unsatisfactory complaints and complaints of no response.From that I surmise all is not well at Rigel unless they step forward and prove otherwise to you guys.
I'll try and contact them again some time.If anyone has substantial evidence of internet fraud then let me know - I'm sure the local News channel at WCJB and the Gainesville Sun would love a story with a local flavor.If you read this at Rigel it may be a good time to step forward and reply to the complaints on this forum.
