Hi Gustavo,
look at Toshiba Hybrid RF Power modules. You only need 12V to make them work properly, because both input and output impedances are 50 Ohms you don´t need matching networks. Connect your RF out Port to Power Module RFin Pin, RFOut Power Module to antenna and 12V to the proper pins, and that´s all!!! If you need detailed information, contact me off list.
