#34849 - DC motor controllers |
I'm working on a faulty DC motor controllers for a factory, I fixed them but have the problem of adjusting them.
Here is the setup: I got 2 dc motors with 2 controllers connected as master slave arrangement, the master uses a tacho generator to control the speed of the lower motor and supplies the control signal for the upper motor without tacho feedback. The two motors are supposed to run at same speed controlled by the variable resistor at the master controller. Both controllers have gain and offset ajustment pots and there is no documentation what so ever about them. How do I adjust the gain and offset of both controllers to have same speed at all settings of the speed potrntiometer? Mahmood |
