Hello!

does anybody here used some of these solid state compasses/gyroscopes? I've read about devices from honeywell and analog devices and I intend to use this type of sensor in an autonomous uC robot (I've already built it, but I'm using user programmed movements and autonomous obstacle avoidance).

I want to know if these devices are sensitive enough to detect a 5cm displacement or a 1o degrees turn.
