#34973 - frequency to voltage converter |
i decided to build my encoder position counter from standart CMOS 4000 IC's .
but i have another problem . to control position , i need a motor with encoder and a servo driver . i have to supply the servo driver with speed feedback .( i dont want to use a tacho becouse it adds another 100 $ to system costs ) i have to convert encoder pulses to voltage . but it must be very linear if u think the speed range from few rpm's to 2000 or 3000 rpm of the motor . does anyone have an idea , is there a highly linear F to V converter on the market ? |
