#35332 - RE: Keil C - Andy |
Hi Andy
Due to the nature of my work, I end up having to work with many uP's and compilers/assemblers.. I was comparing the LCD code that I use on the Hi-tech Picc against Keil c51 (out of interest). The ability to overlay a structure on the port makes the code look a little more elegant (imho),although there is no difference in functionality. I suppose that so long as it works,it doesn't matter what it looks like (as Erik quoted),but when I've finished a project I always try to leave nice clean explained code for whoever may take over next. |
