first, thanks for your answer.

i take a look in the datasheet and only want to confirm my thoughts:

am i right that MOVC access only the external Program Memory (in my case the EPROM where the program is stored)

and

MOVX only accesses the external RAM that is maybe connected to the MPU?

with a normal MOV i can access the 128 byte internal RAM also parallel to the external RAM?
