BTW: What is LDROM and APROM? Are these some partitions in main code memory? If yes, you may try the Target Zone option

Although the chance is little, but did you try to look for any software update for the ALL-03?

HI-LO Systems might not have the update, since they discontinued their product, but you can look for Tribal Microsystems, which is a re-named Hi-Lo systmes in America. They might have some software update.
